Going by the recent media reports, (see here: http://www.newvision.co.ug/news/640679-parliament-approves-creation-of-ministry-of-science.html ) it is my belief that this Ministry will play a leading role in the development of policy issues and legislative frameworks on Intellectual Property.<br /><br /> If we keep our heads on our shoulders, the sky should be the limit.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17445776102210461859noreply@blogger.com
