Fancy an insight into Japanese trade mark law?

You are invited to join them for this enjoyable tour of Japanese trade mark prosecution.

It is quite interesting how the English language is developing. I presume that the term "webinar" is intended to refer to the dissemination of information via the world wide web in which case it makes me wonder what the route of information dissemination is in the more traditional seminar.
