"Considering that South Africa would be hosting the first soccer world cup in Africa , it takes no rocket science to figure out the internet spill over traffic that this 30 day , once in 4 years event will bring to that region".Without wanting to sound in any way surprised by this statement, Afro Leo wonders how much internet spillover traffic was experienced in 2006 by the nine countries which border the host nation in that year, Germany.
