Trade marks in Tripoli: backlog but back-to-work

Afro-IP has received the encouraging news that, after more than a year of political and military upheavals, things are getting back to normal again in Libya. It has been reported that the Libyan Trade Mark Office staff resumed their duties last month. They have some administrative back-log work to handle, but there isn't much to distract them from dealing with them since they are yet to receive any new applications.
